Linear Actuation requirements are generally specific to each valve/application, as even similar type/classes have individual thrust and stroke requirements, compounded by differing supply pressures.

To provide the ‘Best Cost Effective Solution’ we establish the operating criteria for the valve to be actuated, in terms of stroke, close force, opening force etc, and propose a ‘customised’ package to suit.

Triple Stage (multi-power) 24" Bore Double Acting Actuator

A triple stage (multi-power) 24" bore double acting actuator developing ~700kN at 8barG.
This actuator is fitted with a combined air fail / manual override control system.
The control system is fitted to the rear end cover and contained within a stainless steel enclosure.
The actuator and control system are configured to satisfy the customer / end users specific requirements.
 

16" Bore Spring Retract Device

This actuator is a 16" bore spring retract device. The actuator and spring are designed to suit customer specific force requirements. It is fitted with front mounting interface, which includes modulating control and position retransmit devices.
Control components are sized to achieve customers demanding operating parameters including a rapid air dump device for “trip” conditions.
This actuator system was also supplied
in a stainless steel enclosure to provide environmental protection.
 

24" Bore Spring Actuator

A 24" bore spring actuator. Bore and spring designed to suit application. Actuator is fitted with mounting interface, integrated air set
and control valve. Also fitted with hazardous area solenoid valve and limit switches for a non-modulating application.
